Welcome to the  Fall 2022 Max Lax Registration.

For the fall session, we offer lacrosse programs for Boys & Girls 1st-12th grade,  Adult Men & DAD LAX!  

Boys and Girls 3rd - 12th grade, cost is $170*

Boys and Girls 1st/2nd grade,  $130*

Adult Men/DAD LAX,  $130*- adults only..please enter 9999 for your US Lacrosse number at this time.  We will send you a link in Sept. to obtain or renew your number.

* US Lacrosse number is required and valid for 12 months.  US Lacrosse certified equipment is required.

                   To retrieve, renew or purchase a US Lacrosse number for your player, please go to   www.usalacrosse.com/membership      or call 410-235-6882 

If you are having difficulties retrieving/obtaining the US Lacrosse number, simply enter 9999 as the lacrosse number and you can retrieve/obtain the number prior to the start of the session.

  Max Lax has a no refund policy.
